The contract for Kensington, residential development within Mohammed Bin Rashid City in Saudi Arabia has officially been awarded. The contract was awarded by the project’s developer Ellington Properties, a leading and award-winning design-led boutique developer.
Aroma International Building Contracting, a prominent construction company in the UAE, scoped the $54.4 million contract. Aroma specializes in all kinds of construction projects including multi-story residential buildings, commercial buildings, and shopping malls. Additionally, the company builds industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, workshops, schools, luxurious villas, labor accommodations, and oil tank farms among others.
Features and amenities of the Kensington development
Kensington development will offer apartments that range from one, two, and three-bedroom units. It places its focus on sustainability alongside wellness through an array of innovative features. These include a state-of-the-art studio, a lounge library area, as well as a semi-Olympic swimming pool.
