Hutto TechCenter Industrial developer, Titan Development, is getting set to move forward with the project which will be developed on a light industrial zoned 188-acre site, adjacent to a 450-acre mega-site in Hutto, Texas.

The development site of the Hutto TechCenter Industrial project is a prime location, on an open expanse of undeveloped land located off U.S. Route 79, in northeastern Austin; it’s also located near a site in Taylor, which  Samsung plans to use in building its future chip manufacturing facility.

Scope, and features of the Hutto TechCenter Industrial project

The Hutto TechCenter Industrial project will involve developing speculative industrial spaces spanning 200,000 square feet to over 1 million square feet. This industrial project will feature six high-tech industrial buildings, which Titan intends to commence construction on by the end of 2022.

According to the Senior V.P at Titan, Joe Iannacone, the project’s site was chosen due to its large size, which provides enough room for high-tech manufacturers in need of large spaces, as well as the already existing skilled workforce in the region.

Benefits of the project

Mike Arismendez, who is the Economic Development Corporation (EDC) Chairman in Hutto,  mentioned that the Hutto TechCenter Industrial development is on the same page with EDC’s mission of building more tech-inclined industrial parks within the city. Arismendez also said he was pleased with the successes of developers such as Titan in Hutto, which would bring continued growth and prosperity to the region in the coming years.

The economic development director of Hutto, Bob Farley also commended the Hutto TechCenter Industrial project and pointed out some of the benefits in store for developers in Hutto, which he said will include access to a well-established transportation hub, a large expanse of highly sought-after land available for development, and a thriving community.
