A project for the construction of Beverly Hills Drive, a luxurious collection of high-end 6-bedroom mansions has been launched. The mansions are set within the exclusive Trump Estates cluster in DAMAC Hills, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. DAMAC Properties, an Emirati property development company, launched the Beverly Hills Drive project.
Beverly Hills Drive offers luxury premium living space
Set within a stunning garden, the project also offers direct access to Trump International Golf Course. The mansions offer 50 meters squared bedroom that overlooks the golf course. The other five ensuite bedrooms are spread across three floors. Moreover, the bedroom’s design features their own separate bedrooms alongside walk in-closets.
For larger gatherings, the top floor offers residents a dedicated space with an indoor game room. Furthermore, the mansions aim to cater to premium living preferences. These include a large maid’s room accommodating two helpers. Moreover, there is also an independent driver’s quarters alongside a shaded parking pavilion for four cars.

The Beverly Hills Drive Project aims to bring the luxury and glamour of Los Angeles’ elite Beverly Hills neighborhood into Dubai. The mansions collection offers residents premium interiors that feature polished wood, crystal chandeliers as well as gold finishing. Furthermore, the architecture blends the use of lightning and stone. Special screens that take inspiration from the petals of a flower are also a part of the architecture.
Remarks on the project
The senior vice president of DAMAC Properties spoke on the project. Nial McLoughlin said that the project is the creme de la creme of luxury. Moreover, he noted that the residential community is a great addition to the already flourishing DAMAC Hills community.
