Woodhill Station West development, the first phase of the US$ 250M Woodhill Homes project in Ohio has commenced. Starting with this initial phase, the project will transform an empty lot in the Buckeye-Woodhill community into 120  affordable apartments. This construction phase marks the first step toward implementing the Buckeye-Woodhill Transformation Plan for the six-phased housing project.

The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) and the city of Cleveland were instrumental in actualizing the Woodhill Station West development.  Through their collaborative efforts and inputs from residents and businesses, this transformation plan was created. In the end, the selected plan was tailored to redevelop the Woodhill Homes properties into several new mixed-income apartment buildings
