EQUANS, the previous ENGIE’s services led operation has won a £35m contract to construct green Cheshire housing scheme. The sustainable new development is found in Winsford, Cheshire. The corporate will establish 268 homes on the location as a part of a wider partnership that has QWEST, Cheshire West and Chester Council and therefore the Riverside Group.
The consortium has linked Homes England Accelerated Construction Funding to hold through the project. EQUANS is additionally working with environmental assessors to progress an energy strategy that exceeds Cheshire West and Chester Council’s planning policy, supporting its wider net zero carbon ambitions.
