Due to its accelerated construction timeline, the first phase of the SEDRA project has officially begun the handover of the residential homes. Leading real estate developer, powered by the Public Investment Fund, ROSHN is carrying out the process.

The project’s construction works began in June 2021. The handover is therefore billed as a ‘historic milestone for the residential development. Moreover, it is also the first Saudi Giga project to deliver to custom1`ers within such a remarkable timeline.
SEDRA Phase 1 project design overview
SEDRA Phase 1 project has been inspired by the Salmani architecture designs. Moreover, the duplexes have an added combination of authentic Najdi architecture with a hint of a modern touch. Additionally, the homes have been built to suit families with diverse palates.
The project’s location is within the ROSHN community, north of Riyadh. The mega development presents a complete city experience that boasts exquisite designs, further aligning well with SEDRA’s unique homes.
Furthermore, the residential development is close to the city’s most prominent destinations. These include Princess Nourah Binti Abdul Rahman University and the King Khalid International Airport.
Implementation of the subsequent phases
The SEDRA Phase 1 project will be constructed in 8 phases. In total, the integrated community spans 20m square meters. Impressively, phase 2 has already been confirmed to span 3.4m square meters.
The Group CEO at ROSHN, David Grover, spoke about the project. The customers taking possession of their homes, he noted, are the very first official residents. More so, the residents of a community shall soon be homes to well over 130,000 residents. Moreover, David added, that the early delivery of the first phase is a prime showcase of the company’s strategic project management.
