The development features a total of 88-unit apartment buildings. The project blends cutting-edge technology in areas such as building methods and irrigation. In addition, it honors the heritage and tradition of the region. As a result, the Salmani style architecture is merged with inspiration from the classic forms of Najd construction.
While the interiors feature contemporary designs, the exterior of the buildings offers two façade options. The options available are either Modern Salmani or Classic Salmani. Other key features of Sedra Residential Apartments include private gardens. This feature is however meant for some of the ground floor units, while the upper floors are designed with private balconies.

Furthermore, the development has dedicated parking spaces, a semi-private communal majlis in most buildings, and a lively pedestrian spine. The latter allows residents to easily reach nearby amenities on foot.
Approximately, 45% of each plot within Sedra Residential Apartments is open space. Additionally, a 2.8 km green stretch adjacent to a wadi gives the neighborhood its unique character.
