In the coming days, the brand-new Hilton Hotels at Toledo Downtown, Ohio, are poised to launch two brands which are Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton, under one roof as downtown Toledo becomes one of the nation’s top comeback city tales.
Napa Kitchen + Bar, a ground-level full-service restaurant, and Café 419, a more informal gastropub, will be part of the project.
Overview of the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton
The Hilton Garden Inn features a total of 217 guestrooms including a double 1,000-square-foot presidential suite with two-story floor-to-ceiling windows and three balconies with views of the Maumee River and downtown Toledo. The Homewood Suites by Hilton on the other hand has 93 suites, each with a complete kitchen, sitting space, and up to two fully private bedrooms and bathrooms.

More than 8,000 square feet of conference and event space is available at both Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton, including a 5,503-square-foot ballroom that can seat up to 475 people. They also offer free WiFi, a 24-hour fitness centre, access to a beautifully manicured pocket park, pet-friendly accommodations, room service, a business centre, and all non-smoking bedrooms.

Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton, with addresses at 101 N Summit Street, are located on one side of the municipal business centre and on the other side of the Warehouse Entertainment District.
The Huntington Center, Fifth Third Field, Promenade Park, the Imagination Station science museum, and dozens of other restaurants and bars are all within walking distance of the properties. Detroit Metro Airport is just 45 minutes from the door of the complex.
First Hospitality, Inc., hotel management, acquisition, and development firm located in Rosemont, Illinois, will operate both the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton in Downtown Toledo.
