Overview of the new phase in Jefaira project

El Adawy mentioned that the new phase in Jefaira project offers outstanding units that cater to a wide range of client’s needs. The phase’s units include villas comprising two and three room, townhouses, twin houses, and chalets.

95 percent of these units have lagoon views, and 5% of them have views of green spaces with a 30 acre or larger area. The project’s greenery and open areas make up about 84 percent of it, and the delivered units will be completely finished. Additionally, a boutique hotel with a serviced beach will be part of the new phase in Jefaira project.

El Adawy added, “The North Coast’s active real estate market and great demand prompted the introduction of a variety of unit types in Ayla.”

El Adawy explained, “Ayla includes swimmable lagoons covering 50,000 square meters. This stage’s architectural design draws inspiration from Tulum, a city in Mexico. Furthermore, the new phase in Jefaira project offers all services necessary to ensure that clients live integrated lives.”

“Jefaira will be a year-round coastal community rather than a project designed exclusively for summer habitation. This is why the project as a whole includes non-residential elements including educational, health, and recreational facilities,” the company’s CEO disclosed.

The project will include 20% built-up space set aside for open areas and a variety of client services. The company will start the first deliveries this year.

Inertia is eager to offer a variety of activities in the Jefaira, including sports services, hotels, kid-friendly places and gardens. A hospital, business spaces, and an educational area are all included in the services. Additionally, it stipulated that certain of these facilities would become accessible once the project’s initial phase is completed.
