An integrated housing plan has been unveiled for the construction of 15,800 homes in Dubai over the next 4 years. The plan was announced by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The latter is the Crown Prince of Dubai and doubles as the Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council.

The project for the onstruction of the 15,800 homes in Dubai is divided into smaller sub-projects for widespread and consistent progress. It specifically aims to build not only homes but also a residential community for Dubai nationals. Moreover, the project aims to create a social system that ensures family stability within the emirate. Additionally, it aims to offer a high-quality life for its residents.

The implementation of the project for the construction of the 15,800 homes in Dubai

Thus far, the integrated housing plan for the construction of the 15,800 homes in Dubai has construction works underway within the Al Khawanee 2 and Al Warqa 4 regions. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum spoke about the project. The crown prince said that the development of high-quality housing for nationals is a majority priority.

He assured that the project’s progress will not only be followed up on by him but by the Deputy Ruler of Dubai and also the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Without a doubt, the ruler has shown a major commitment to providing housing solutions to Dubai nationals. He allocated a total of US $17 billion to an Emirati housing program within Dubai in September 2021.

A series of smaller projects will roll in as a part of the integrated housing plan for the construction of 15,800 homes in Dubai. This is according to Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The Higher Committee for Development and Citizens Affairs will support the project.
