The Jawharat Al-Khobar Mall project has officially been launched by Arabian Centres. The latter signed an annual lease agreement worth $13.8 million. In addition, the company signed an investment contract for the US$ 347.1M project.

Located north of Al-Khobar city in the Al-Kurnaish district, the Jawharat Al-Khobar Mall will cover an area of approximately 300,000 meters squared. It features some of the world’s leading and coveted fashion brands. In addition, the mall will bring together luxury retail brands as well as a broad range of dining concepts.
The project will also include entertainment options such as arcades and cinemas. In addition, it will offer undisrupted views of the Arabian Gulf, landscaped green areas, a walkway as well as an artificial lake.

Arabian Centres Company is the largest owner and operator of contemporary lifestyle centers in Saudi Arabia. The Jawharat Al-Khobar Mall Project is the company’s third lifestyle project. The other two existing projects are located within Jeddah and Riyadh, respectively.
The managing director at Arabian Centres commented on the project. Mohamad Mourad stated that development is a core pillar of their strategic growth. He further continued by saying that they aim to create integrated lifestyle destinations. Moreover, these destinations are aimed to align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
Additionally, Mohamad revealed that the project will offer a completely new lifestyle and retail experience. More so, especially to those living within the area. The managing director concluded by noting that they aim to provide access to world-class facilities, entertainment, and brands that are rarely and conveniently available.
The mall is planned to be opened before the end of 2026.
