As of May 1st, 2014, Josef Penker is Sales Director CCS (Critical Communication Systems) for the brands RTS and Telex in the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) regions. The 34-year-old management expert is, therefore, responsible for sales and earnings of both brands.
His other duties include the further strengthening of the two brands in existing markets and the expansion of the distribution network. As Sales Director, Penker will also be leading the RTS and Telex EMEA sales team. He will report directly to Kamil Swobodzinski, VP Sales EMEA.
Josef Penker has been working for Bosch in Straubing since 2011. Previously, as Service Desk Manager for the EMEA regions, he was responsible for the After Sales department. Before that, for several years, he worked as an Area Sales Manager for a leading retail company.
