The Kenya homes expo which will take place this April on 14th -17th at the KICC will focus on highlighting the new and emerging trends in the global real estate and homes market.

The top homes expo which is usually held twice a year is currently on in its 23rd run helps to market the needs of the changing real estate market. It will bear the theme “Creating Tomorrow’s Lifestyles”.

The title sponsors for the expo are East Africa Portland Cement Company (EAPCC) under their flagship brand blue Triangle Cement. The company has been one of Kenya’s leading cement manufacturers producing world class cement which has been used in the construction of over 60 per cent of the country’s commercial and residential buildings.

Mr. Alfred Sigei, Chief Operating Officer EAPCC confirmed the news and said that the company is the longest running sponsor of the homes expo having sponsored the show for over five years under title sponsorship since the expo provides a platform that promotes and markets the local industry and also directly speaks to developers and the real estate market.
