Remarks on the Kwara State International Market

The Governor of Kwara, AbdulRazaq, stated that the project was satisfactorily completed. He noted that the next two phases would also contain an abattoir, a police station, a fire station, a parking lot, and an administrative office.

AbdulRazaq claimed that the Gbugbu market will greatly benefit from the entry of new industries, such as the BUA Sugar factory. He said, “This International Market will benefit from the spillover effects of these significant industries. Kwara would be the core of Nigeria’s sugar production, and Gbugbu would benefit greatly.”

Yahman Jubril, a member of the community, on the other hand, commended the governor, Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq, for starting such an initiative for the community.
