Middlechase Property Limited, a Nigerian real estate, and property development company, has handed over additional house units to homeowners at its 600-unit Lagos Fairfield Apartments development, located in Abijo GRA, along the Lekki Epe Expressway.
The new units bring the total number of units handed over to owners at the rapidly developing expansive project sitting on a 25 acres piece of land to 54.
An overview of the project
The highly subscribed Lagos Fairfield Apartments project includes several units of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in addition to penthouses.

It also consists of exciting features and amenities such as paved concrete roads, transformer, stand-by generator, water treatment plant, automated street lighting, manmade lake view, and shopping mall among others.
All these are in addition to other entertainment and social amenities situated at strategic locations within the project, with two contemporary restaurants, a laundry area, and an all-day kids’ studio club.
