Lozan Urban Developments (LUD) has just officially inked a partnership agreement with Al-Amal Engineering & General Contracting Company to commence the construction works of the highly anticipated Egypt’s Apex Business Complex in the New Administrative Capital. This agreement comes after the successful completion of preliminary shoring works and the acquisition of necessary excavation permits.
Furthermore, the partnership that was inked showcases LUD’s commitment to adhering to the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD)’s timelines. The upcoming project’s completion is set for December 2027.
