Construction of the Missoni Baia towers in Miami has been topped off at 57 stories. The luxury condominium has most of its 249 units sold already ahead of the completion of its construction. The project, located at 777 NE 26th Terrace along Biscayne Bay in the city’s Edgewater neighborhood, is being developed by OKO Group and Cain, a private investment firm with approximately US$6.7 billion in real estate equity, leisure business investments, and debt. The building’s minimalist art-inspired facade was designed by Hani Rashid from Asymptote Architecture with the landscape designed by Enzo Enea from Enea Garden Design.
