NCC, and colloquially, Suohki’s Cleantech Garden public properties project in Finland, is more than an agreement in the Finnish construction sector. It is the bridging of the private and public sectors in realestate business in the Nordics. A connection rather visionary.

Joachim Holmberg, Head of NCC Property Development made the following statement during the recent divestment announcement. “With this project start, we are creating a new interface between the private and public sectors, combining different activities under one roof. I am pleased that Infranode and Suohki as investors and the City of Espoo as a tenant share our vision. This is also a welcome activity for the property market in Finland.”

Also echoed by Samuli is the need for strategic emphasis on sustainability, and their long-term focus on essential infrastructure in Finland. Samuli Kivipelto is the Investment Manager at Infranode.
