Thompson Thrift Residential, a national leader in the development, construction, and management of upscale apartment communities and luxury leased homes across the United States of America (USA) has announced the development of Notch66, a multifamily community in the Boulder suburb of Longmont, Colorado.

Located at 2514 Main Street and Ute Highway, Notch66, will include a total of 336 one-, two-, and three-bedroom garden-style apartment houses with stunning quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplashes, big walk-in closets, hardwood-style flooring, full-size washers, and dryers, among others. Select apartments will also have detached garages and private yards.

Residents will also have access to a clubhouse with sophisticated places for entertaining, 24-hour fully-equipped fitness centers, resort-style heated swimming pools, community-wide WiFi, and a dog park.

The project is scheduled to be finished in the first quarter of 2024 becoming the second Thompson Thrift Residential neighborhood in Longmont and Colorado’s twelfth.  Watermark 2021 Development Fund III, LP supplied equity for the development.
