Renting in Lambeth
If you’re planning to live in Lambeth or another neighbouring inner London boroughs, primarily in travel zones 1 to 3, then private renting will cost upwards of £600 to £800 per month, most unlikely to be in a place of your own. You’ll be either renting a room in a flatshare by finding rooms on places like SpareRoom or RoomBuddies and the ubiquitous Gumtree.
Many will realize that the cost is close to or more than £1000 monthly when it comes to sharing flat or house with friends or colleagues who come together to rent a larger space, but then the options for location, size and standard will be getting better.
