Phase 2 of the AlJurf Gardens Project has officially been launched by Imkan. The master-planned development sits right between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It stretches for 1.6 kilometers along the Arabian Gulf coastline.

The project seamlessly integrates with the surrounding, natural environment. It is a well-designed residential and community development that aims to introduce a brand new concept of community living to Abu Dhabi. 

The development was launched by Imkan Properties.

Building on the success of AlJurf Gardens phases one project

The company revealed that phase two of the project was commenced due to the overwhelming response to phase one. The Abu-Dhabi-based company also noted that the AlJurf Gardens, in general, is progressively gaining popularity. The first phase of AlJurf Gardens featured ‘Budoor’ and ‘Joud’ types of villas.

The Joud design picks inspiration from the rich tradition of Arabic homes. The homes feature intimate courtyards, making them ideal for family living. On the other hand, the Budoor design picks inspiration from the basic elements of the Arabian desert tent. This type of design will be available in 2,3,4 and 5-bedroom options.

Within phase 2 of the AlJurf Gardens Project, Imkan has released an additional 98 villas. The villas are also constructed and designed in the same, two distinct architectural styles.

Aim to meet booming real estate demand within UAE 

The head of development at Imkan Properties, Parvin Mansoor Al Awadhi spoke at the project’s launch. Parvin states that the project’s launch demonstrated its commitment. More especially, their commitment to delivering prime residential destinations.
