The plans for phase II of the Alina Condo Project in the city of Boca Raton, have been filed by El-Ad National properties, which is the residential unit of Elad Group based in New York City. The project will be developed on approximately 9 acres of land at 300 Southeast Mizner Boulevard, towards the west of the Boca Raton golf club.
Phase I of the Alina Condo Project has already been completed and it consists of 121 units of condos, with each unit costing between $1 million to $6.5 million. The breakdown for this phase included 102 furnished residences, 12 penthouses, and 7 villas.

Phase II of the Alina Condo Project will now see a shift to larger sizes of condos, compared to the designs used in the first phase. This phase will be built as three towers with the first tower consisting of 182 condos, distributed within two 9-story buildings. There will also be 319 parking spaces as well.
The design for the second tower will include 30 apartments with exclusive amenities and apartments occupying an average of 3,000 square feet each; while the third tower will be made up of 152 residential units.
The three towers for the Alina Condo phase II project, will have individual sets of amenities cutting across game rooms, pools, lounges, spas, and gyms with windows stretching from the floor to the ceiling. Other amenities to be included are private treatment rooms, saunas, and a clubroom with dining and kitchen services. The buildings will also have an on-site porter upon completion.
According to the executive director of El-Ad Noam Ziv, the idea is to make these amenity rooms unique and have several features for the residents to experience across the three towers. Ziv also said, “Based on what we’ve witnessed during the pandemic, people want more space should they be locked in their homes for some time.”
Construction of the Alina Condo project will be handled by Moss Construction, a construction management company based in Fort Lauderdale Florida. The design of the Alina condos was done by Garcia Stromberg (GS4) studios, an architectural and planning company that is based in West Palm Beach Florida.
