Piling works for the Cavalli Tower project in Dubai, UAE, have officially commenced. The process includes drilling the ground for footings.
Reportedly, a total number of 213 piles are to be utilized in the works. Well, about 1,400 metric tonnes of steel are also going to be of use in the piling process. Not forgetting about 10,000 ou m of concrete. In an effort to transmit the building’s load deep within underneath.Â
The project is under the development of Damac Properties. The Cavalli-branded skyscraper boasts a total investment of $545 million. Additionally, it features premium interior designs by Roberto Cavalli, an Italian fashion house.
The piling works are being carried out by the National Piling & Land Draining Works.
An overview of the Cavalli Tower
The Cavalli Tower is an ultra-luxurious 70-story building located within the Dubai Marina.
It will offer 485 units divided into three sections. The first floors are luxury. Meanwhile, the middle section is to be an upper luxury. Lastly, the top floors are to be of super-luxury level.
The luxury and upper luxury sections will access their sky gardens and sky pool. The super luxury section will have its cigar lounge, private pavilion as well an infinity pool. The private pavilion will allow residents to host their private dinner parties. Damac also revealed that residents will be able to hire their chefs within the private pavilion.
The 70-storey Cavalli Tower project was unveiled in September 2021.
