Plans have been announced for the construction of an ultra-luxurious collection of high-end 5 to 7- bedroom mansions dubbed Gems Estate at DAMAC Hills community in the UAE. The project’s launch announcement was made by Damac Properties, a leading developer in the UAE.
Gems Estate at DAMAC Hills exteriors will be branded by de Grisogono, a prominent Swiss jeweler. The interiors of the homes on the other hand will be branded by Roberto Cavalli, a famous Italian fashion house. The development will therefore be the first co-branded real estate project in the whole world.
Damac Properties stated that they have studied the patterns of market trends. As a result, the firm plans to continue capitalizing on its existing relationship with global brands. This is in an effort to offer unique homes to the market.
Aim for the Gems Estate at DAMAC Hills community
The Senior Vice President of Damac Properties spoke about the project. Niall McLoughlin said that the project is yet another brilliant and premium addition to the Damac Hills Community. McLoughlin explained that the project aims to offer unique living experiences to both visitors as well as residents.

Moreover, he said that the Gems Estate at DAMAC Hills community project ensures to pay close attention to its design details. Therefore, from the curves down to the shapes of the units’ exteriors, the project’s artistic style draws inspiration from Gustav Klimt. The latter is a well-known Austria symbolist painter.
The development will feature an array of leisure, sports as well as entertainment amenities. These will include fishing lakes, a skate park, as well as horse stables, just to name a few.
