The new commercial business parks in Mauritius, which are expected to offer hotel investment and advisory services for hotels, in the Middle East and Africa, are currently being developed by Barrows.

Four different locations in Mauritius will see the construction of these new commercial business parks.
The Business Parks have access to a well-established infrastructure network. This includes high-speed (fiber optic) internet and telephone service; single-phase and three-phase electricity; close proximity to major roads and public transportation; commercial shopping centers; banks; post offices; schools; gyms; and also a number of other useful amenities and services within 5 minutes.
Land is acquired by Barrows Commercial in close proximity to major roads. According to CEO Erwin Jager, the location is strategically significant and is always found in places having high traffic intensity.
The rooms are spread across four storeys and are located on a podium where various facilities. The podiums include a restaurant, conference facilities, a business center, and also sports facilities, which will be built.
Starting dates for the construction of commercial business parks
Construction on this project is slated to begin in March 2023.
The initiative offers an effective long-term solution for local service providers like hotels, food, marine, and automotive suppliers as well as chain firms like DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
