The SAAS’s Business Bay property project in Dubai confirms its plans to open. The project aims to become the largest property in its operator’s portfolio. It is within a premium location, a few moments away from Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall.

The project is under the development of SAAS Properties. It will be surrounded by an F&B outlet, cabanas, and a fitness center. It aims to provide guests with high-end amenities and accommodation.
Business Bay property project builds future of hospitality
The project features 401, thoughtfully designed, and serviced units. In addition, apartments will be available for both short and extended stays. They range from studio apartments to 3- bedroom apartments. Moreover, the project is operated by Sonder Holdings.
Meticulously finished, the 35-story building will include an array of amenities. These include an elegant lobby accompanied by marble flooring. Additionally, an F&B outlet, a swimming pool surrounded by cabanas, and a state-of-the-art fitness center will also be available. Therefore, the operator of the building plans to open later this year.
Remarks on the project
The Co-Founder and Global Head of Real Estate at Sonder, Martin Picard stated the project would be their third location in Dubai. He continued by saying that they are building the future of hospitality. He explained that the Business Bay property project features eloquent design and technology. All to meet the wants and needs of modern travelers.
The Chief Executive Officer at SAAS Properties stated their delight in working with Sonder. He acknowledged the firm combines both local expertise with a global brand that appeals to modern travelers. The project joins the already existing, 465 units under Sonder in two other locations in Dubai. Thus, bringing the firm’s total portfolio to 866 units within the city.
