The Al Badia Terraces Estate project, a new residential development in the heart of the Al Badia district, in Dubai has been launched. The project is developed by Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate, the real estate development and operations arm of Al-Futtaim Group. The company develops and operates an extensive multi-million dollar portfolio of real estate assets.
The Al Badia Terraces Estate project features 351 residential units with a multipurpose room. The multipurpose room is dedicated to relaxation, entertainment, and comfort. The project also features a public area and a kid’s indoor play area. This play area is conveniently located in the middle of the building.

The residential project will also offer ample indoor and outdoor amenities. These include but are not limited to, a vast fitness facility accompanied by changing rooms alongside a swimming pool. This is Al-Futtaim Group’s efforts in ensuring that the community is inclusive of young families.

The project is aptly named to bring residents closer to nature. Thus, the project also includes four roof gardens. Within 24 months, the development is expected to conclude construction works. Most importantly, the project aims to grow the established residential community of Dubai Festival City. Thus, the homes have been carefully designed to cater to the needs of specific, young families.
