A new apartment block, the Society Wynwood in Miami, is under construction after the developers, Greybrook Realty Partners and PMG, a national development, investment, and asset management firm secured a US$142.3 million construction loan. The 10-story project will be located on 2431 NW 2nd Avenue in the Wynwood Arts District. The funding for the project was provided by Square Mile Capital and Pacific Western Bank. Scheduled to be completed in Spring 2023, Society Wynwood will include 50,210 SF of commercial space between the ground floor and rooftop and 318 rental apartments. It will offer a mix of traditional units with “Rent-by-bedroom” options and efficient layouts.

Amenities will include a massive pool deck, co-working lab, modern fitness studio and gymnasium, yoga lawn, entertainment lounges, craft food and beverage operations, smart package lockers, app-based keys, integrated retail space, and more. Existing Society Living developments include Society Biscayne in Downtown Miami, Society Las Olas in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Society Orlando, under construction in Downtown Orlando; and Society Denver.
