A Korean construction giant, Ssangyong Engineering & Construction, has been announced as the contractor for the “Immersive Tower” in Dubai. Developed by Dubai International Financial Center, the high-end office tower has an estimated cost of US$230 million. It will be located in the DIFC area in the UAE. Officials have announced that the highest level of the world’s green building standard, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum, will be applied during construction. Construction on the project began earlier this year on the building and is expected to be completed by April 2027.

Details on the Ssangyong Immersive Tower in Dubai
There will be 3 basement floors constructed as well as 36 above-ground levels. Additionally, the tower with a total floor area of 114,474 square meters, will offer office spaces ranging from 60 square meters to 158 square metres. The tenants at the tower will have access to a Members Club which will be located on the 26th floor through to the 28th floor. Moreover, there will be 10,596 sq m of retail space including a rooftop leisure club. 680 square meters has been allocated for amenities on the premises that are likely to include commercial services.
