SWC Development Partners is working on the last phase of Skyway Commons, an industrial park with four finished industrial buildings totalling 173,878 sf developed by another developer. SWC Development Partners intends to construct eight buildings ranging in size from 25,000 to 139,278 square feet. The second building will be 139,278 square feet in size and will begin construction in the second quarter of 2022, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2023. The final six towers’ development timetable will be dictated by market demand.

It is conveniently located 35 minutes from downtown Phoenix and only a few minutes from the intersection of Interstate 10 and Arizona Loop 303. It is geographically placed to service Arizona as well as significant markets in the Western United States, including the ports of Los Angeles/Long Beach, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, and the 23 million people in Southern California.
