The Union Coop officially announced the project’s completion. The brand new mall features two floors (first and ground). The ground floor includes a total number of 3 kiosks and 26 shops. Meanwhile, the first floor will include a total number of 17 shops. Impressively, the mall’s first floor spans a total commercial area of 1,981 meters squared.
Moreover, it will have a Union Coop hypermarket that spans a total area of 3,989 meters squared. Additionally, the mall will contain 157 parking spaces. Which will be in addition to the outdoor parking spaces that will be available within the area. The Investment Division Director revealed further details on the project. Eng. Madiya Ahmad AL Marri said that the new mall falls right into one of the community malls category.
In total, the mall boasts a built-up area of 6,410 meters squared. Additionally, it extends over a total land area of 10,902 meters squared. Madiya Ahmad further confirmed that the construction works are 100% complete and will open by the end of the month, or earlier.
