Plans are underway for the development of a new luxury beachfront condominium in Galveston known as Tiara on the Beach. The beachfront project was recently approved by the Galveston City Council and the developers, Satya Inc., expect construction work to commence by the end of 2022 or early 2023.
The Houston-based Satya Inc. will develop Tiara on the Beach, on the 2.86-acre site they purchased in 2020, which is located at 10525 San Luis Pass Rd.
Galveston TX, 77554. The 175,000-square-foot beachfront project will feature 66 condos consisting of 2 and 3-bedroom homes with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.Â

Tiara on the Beach to become the first beachside development around Galveston Island in over ten years
Tiara on the Beach will rise up to 10 stories high and according to Sunny Bathija, the Satya President all condos will be available for purchase including the penthouse units on the top floor. Bathija also spoke on the project’s potential in Galveston. Bathija explained that the company had initially made the investment on this beach property last year, without any clear plans on how to make use of it; he said their opportunity came during the pandemic when there was a sudden increase in the number of people who wanted to stay by the coast. Bathija added, “Tiara will be the first beachside development on the island in over a decade.”
A contractor is yet to be selected for Tiara on the Beach, but other companies working on this beachside project include Nan and Company, led by Nancy Almodovar, in charge of handling the marketing aspect; and the Texas-based Place Designers Inc., who were also the designers of the Diamond Beach and Emerald by the Sea condominiums. The developers expect the project to be completed 20 months from the start date.
CEO of Nan and Company Properties, Nancy Almodovar spoke highly of the Tiara beach project and pointed out that it had a high success rating due to the skyrocketing interest in Galveston Island, from buyers and developers from across the country. She mentioned that the company would work with the dedicated local team; and also make use of their extensive CHRISTIE’S International Real Estate network, along with their experienced Developer Services team, to showcase this beachside development to the world. Almodovar also said, “We are excited to work with Satya to bring Tiara on the Beach to the island.”
