The Cliffs, a group of grandeur urban communities located in Travelers Rest of the Blue Ridge Mountains in South Carolina, have recently made public the launching of 52 new residential properties spread around three communities.

These 52 plots consist of the Solstice Park at The Cliffs Keowee Springs which makes provision for 28 plots near the master plan’s park facilities, the Golf Ridge  which also provides 19 plots near Gary Player’s Mountain Park golf course at The Cliffs in Mountain Park, and Lake Ridge with a great view directly overlooking the Lake Keowee at The Landing. The Landing at The Cliffs in Keowee Springs will be made up of only five plots around the prospective Lake club.

The Golf Ridge plot offers 19 built in residences that cover a land area ranging between 2,785 to 3,457 square feet. The design showcases accessible floor plans for ease, outdoor living spaces, summer cookery and terrace or courtyard fireplace as extras. The residences are available either directly on the Golf course or with a view overlooking the Gary Player’s golf course, and pricing is set between $999,999 to $1.29 million. Tom Fazio is responsible for the community golf course designs.

Solstice Park’s residences spread across an expanse of land ranging between 2,785 and 3,457 square feet, and offer 28 homesites, which adopt a conventional-styled floor plan with simple designs. The area also provides accessible golf cart paths, a walkway, and tracks for biking. The new Keowee spring clubhouse is built near the park too, with a dock slip located not far away from the park, where owners of homes can easily rent for usage. The cost of owning a residence will be between $1.029 million to $1.329 million.

Lake Ridge provides just five plots out of the 52 plot project and is located at The Landing at Keowee springs, having an ecclesiastical view of Lake Keowee, with access to the Landing Lake club. The homes in the Lake Ridge are built close to the Beach Club sandy lakeside beach. This individual residence was designed by Thompson Architects to showcase an interior space of up to 3,700 square feet and comprises four bedrooms as well as four-and-half baths, with pricing set at around $1,750,000.

These new additions are aimed at giving potential homeowners the capacity to participate in a process that doesn’t bargain with quality.
