ZāZEN Gardens, a new mixed-use development project has officially been launched within the Al Furjan community in Dubai. The project is under the developmental expertise of ZāZEN Properties.
The homegrown real estate developer said that the brand new mix-use development aims to adhere to sustainable environmental standards. Moreover, the project will incorporate and make use of solar panels. As a result, it will deploy renewable energy.
According to ZāZEN Properties, a sales center and show unit will be at the project’s site. The off-plan sales will commence by November this year while the groundbreaking of the LEED Gold Certified & Wellness development plans to begin next month.
