The Lupane Magistrates Court is one of the government’s primary pieces of administrative infrastructure for Matabeleland North, and the region’s third contemporary JSC edifice after Victoria Falls and Binga courts.

The regional court is currently headquartered in the Hwange Magistrates Court, which also serves as a circuit court for the High Court. He further said that the new-look buildings at the Hwange Magistrates Court, both inside and out, provide an environment that fosters trust in the judicial system since everything is operating extremely well.
