Nexus W2V’s Kingsbury Bioenergy Complex in La Porte, Indiana continues to advance as one of North America’s largest privately funded waste-to-renewable natural gas (RNG) developments. The facility will serve Northwest Indiana and the greater Chicago markets once operational.
Kingsbury Bioenergy Complex broke ground in 2025, and remains under construction as Nexus W2V progresses development of the US$140 million facility. This is ahead of completion expected by end of 2026. The bioenergy complex will convert organic waste into RNG. This is while supporting landfill diversion and emissions reduction. The project will also support job creation alongside others including Neogenyx’s first agricultural RNG project – the Adams Land & Cattle RNG Facility in Broken Bow, Nebraska.
