With a 24,500sqm of gross floor area, the building shall have lettable office spaces on typical floors and dedicated offices for Africa Re on three floors. It also has provision for a gym, canteens, crèche, and other services.

The Africa Re Head Office building is designed to have a technical floor that will house inverters, batteries, air handling units, chillers, and pumps above the tenth floor. The roof has a canopy frame that covers the main glazed spaces below, thereby effectively shading them from the sun. The roof also provides a flat platform that will accommodate substantial solar panels to offset some of the energy needs of the building.

The building features over 250 car-parking spaces sitting on a sloping site of approximately 5,800sqm, spread in the basement floor and upper split-floor levels ending at the third floor of the main building.

Reportedly, the Africa Re Head Office building shall comply with the Green Building Initiative and will seek to be LEED (Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design) certified by the USGBC (US Green Building Council).
