Phoenix Tower is a 27 level residential development sitting on 3442 square meters piece of land in Eko Atlantic, a new coastal city that is being built on Victoria Island adjacent to Lagos city, Nigeria.

The project is developed by Arkland Properties and Investment, a leading and dynamic real estate and property management company, in partnership with Providus Bank Limited (PBL), is a Nigerian financial services provider, licensed as a commercial bank, by the Central Bank of Nigeria, the central bank and national banking regulator.

Other key players in the project include Arkland Structures, Yasnas Engineering Ltd, SigmaSpec Electromechanical Ltd, Richard Eid, Otce/Vilner, and ITB Nigeria Limited.
