Developed by Dreamspaces Development, the Art Hotel (“AH”) is an avant-garde 46-room luxury boutique hotel that is under construction on a 3,634 square meter site along Yesufu Abiodun Oniru Way in the heart of Oniru in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
It features amenities such as a beautiful rooftop cafe and cocktail bar, a rooftop swimming pool, meeting rooms, a restaurant and Lounge, an Urban Spa and Gym, and a Social & Art Lounge that is not only designed to highlight and present internationally renowned artists as well as local Nigerian artists but also to serve as some sort of a gallery where guests and visitors are able to purchase the pieces of art that are displayed.

Each of its 6 floors, exhibits its own unique color scheme and awe-inspiring theme and it features a central atrium through which visitors can enjoy a view of the sky. The developers have hitherto expressed interest in low-tech and passive sustainable solutions which they are expected to incorporate in the hotel’s design.
Generally, the AH (managed by Mantis Hotel Management Company) aims to create a refreshing, warm, and welcoming ambiance filled with art and culture.
