Daktower is a new real estate project that is set for development in Dakar, the capital city of Senegal. Sitting a total construction area of 180,000 m2 on the site of the former Ministry of Transport and Infrastructures, the project consists of 5 towers of 30 floors, 4 luxury apartments as well as 40 luxury villas with high-end finishes.

It also features a hotel and offices of 20 square meters, a mall of 10 square meters, two-story underground parking (partly three floors), a 2 square meter garden for owner’s use only, and a restaurant facing the sea, the highest in the West African country’s city.
According to the developer, the project will use the most advanced design and construction technologies as well as advanced building materials for environmental protection, which will make it a very pleasant building to live in.
Upon completion, the Daktower, whose construction was launched in July 2021 by the Head of State, Macky Sal, will be the tallest building in Senegal, reaching the height of 122 meters. It will also be the largest complex in Senegal consisting of shops, hotels, and accommodation.
