The Global Trade Centre (GTC) is a mixed-use development in Nairobi, Kenya, consisting of a cluster of six towers located in Westlands.

It joins the ranks of the tallest buildings in Kenya upon completion.

The Residential Complex

The Global Trade Centre (GTC) consists of four towers that house 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. The blocks rise to heights of 28 to 31 floors above ground and include a mall that sits on a podium, serving as the heart of the complex.

Hotel

A hotel facing Wetlands Road rises 143 meters and operates as a 5-star JW Marriott hotel. It boasts 317 guestrooms and 51 serviced apartments, along with a grand ballroom and seven conference rooms.

Office

The tallest office block in Nairobi is a 42-floor tower facing Waiyaki Way.
