The Global Trade Centre (GTC) is a mixed-use development coming up in Nairobi Kenya and consists of a cluster of 6 towers located in Westland.

It will join the ranks of the tallest buildings in Kenya when completed

The residential Complex

The Global Trade Centre (GTC) will consist of 4 towers that will house 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The blocks will rise to heights of 28 to 31 floors above ground and will also have a mall that will sit on a podium that will be the heart of the complex

Hotel

There will also be a hotel facing Wetlands road that will rise 143 meters and will be a 5 star JW Marriot hotel. It will boast 317 guestrooms and 51 serviced apartments and will have a grand ballroom and 7 conference rooms.

Office

The tallest office block in Nairobi will be a 42-floor block facing Waiyaki Way
