Zemen Bank Headquarters is a 32-story building (comprising 3 basement levels, 1 ground floor level, and 31 upper floors) that is being constructed on 2,304 square meters piece of land at the heart of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia’s financial district, along Ras Abebe Aregay Street.

The project is developed by Zemen Bank S.C., a commercial bank that provides a wide range of banking services to private and corporate clients in Ethiopia, and it is designed by Jdaw Consulting Architects and Engineers, a multidisciplinary company providing professional services in a wide range of civil projects from initial stages to completion.
Anchor Foundation Specialist PLC (AFS), a leading company in the field of Pile Foundation construction and specialized underground construction solution undertook the Zemen Bank Headquarters project initial work.
China Wu Yi Ltd is the project’s main contractor.
