Gallatin Project Managers Brea Bailey and Paola Morales who have been named as part of Mission Critical Magazine’s 25 Women in Technology for 2024. This recognition from the data center industry’s leading publication honors women making a difference within mission critical construction.

“It’s exciting to see such exemplary members of our team recognized for their hard work in an industry that’s so critical in supporting the digital infrastructure that’s needed to sustain the public’s love of social media, streaming, online marketplaces, online workplaces, and even AI,” said Tullie Louder, Gallatin-based Project Executive for Rosendin. “This work will only continue to grow in importance, and leaders like Brea and Paola are making it possible.”

Morales has quickly proven to be a rising star, being promoted to project manager less than two years later after joining Rosendin

Rosendin is currently working on several projects in the Gallatin area including the Gallatin Data Center.

During Bailey’s nine-year tenure at Rosendin she’s successfully led and worked on several high-profile projects including the Gallatin Data Center. One of her greatest points of pride was her role as project manager on a project with zero defects – a huge accomplishment for the company and her team.

“I have loved every minute of the last six years working on data center projects – it can be challenging at times, but it’s also rewarding,” said Bailey. “Being recognized for my accomplishments and leadership in the industry, and specific to the technology sector, is such an honor.”

Morales has quickly proven to be a rising star, being promoted to project manager less than two years later after joining Rosendin and now helping to lead the Gallatin Data Center project. She’s also used her proficiency in the Spanish language from her upbringing in Venezuela to teach others and is currently leading an electrical room awareness training for Spanish-speaking people.

“My time in the electrical industry has shown me that you can change the world by being present and showing up,” said Morales. “I never thought I’d be able to grow my career in a different country than the one I grew up in, using a different language, so it’s been especially exciting to be honored for my commitment to my work.”

Through The Rosendin Foundation, the charitable arm of Rosendin Holdings, the parent company of Rosendin, Gallatin employees serve the community through several philanthropic projects each year.

In 2023, The Foundation awarded a $10,000 grant to Ashley’s Place and several other nonprofit organizations in the Tennessee region including the Gallatin Childcare Center, Inc., receiving $5,000; Recovery Court of Sumner County, Inc., receiving $5,000; Friends of Sumner Regional Medical Center, receiving $2,500; and Gallatin Shalom Zone, receiving $2,500.
