MB Crusher, Italian mobile crushing specialist is set to showcase two of its latest products for the first time in the Middle East at The Big 5 Dubai construction equipment show to be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from November 21 to 24, 2016.
According to a statement from the Fara Vicentino-based manufacturer, its display will include the new hydraulic drum cutter MB-R800 and the MB-LS220 screening bucket.
However, the two products were unveiled to the world earlier this year at Bauma in Munich and will be on show for the Arabian market for the first time at the company’s booth in the show’s outdoor area.
The MB-LS220 is the first screening bucket designed specifically for loaders and backhoe loaders from 12 to 35t.
MB’s statement added that the bucket allows operators to select waste material on the go without the need for a separate screening plant or rig, offering a solution that was not available in the market so far.
What are the user advantages?
First of all great flexibility. The new MB-LS220 allows optimization of loaders and backhoe loaders, transforming them in a few minutes into an efficient mobile screening plant, able to process debris in all the process phases.
As it does not need to operate over the pile of material, as is often the case with other excavator screeners, the new MB-LS220, can be used to facilitate and speed the processing of the material on different sides of the same construction site.
What are the applications?
The new screening bucket has many applications: used in any type of process for separation of waste or natural materials.
The new MB-LS220 can sift material of various sizes. For example, it can be used in drainage jobs to obtain an end product that can act as protection for underground pipelines.

All MB screening buckets are equipped with interchangeable modular panels to allow a rapid change of grid size. The unique and innovative conical basket shape is designed to significantly increase the hourly production performance and to sift all the material scooped, with no residue.
Additionally, MB will also showcase other crushing and screening buckets, drum-cutters and grapples from its range, which are suitable for all kind of excavators and loaders.
