Founded in 2006, Kenya Property Developers Association is representative body of the residential, commercial and industrial property development sector. We work in proactive partnership with government and the public to ensure that property development grows rapidly but in an organized, efficient, economical and ethical manner.

KPDA actively promotes sustainable development through on behalf of its membership through referrals, partnerships, seminars, training programs and marketing. KPDA also works to promote Kenya as an attractive local for development activity both by domestic and foreign investors. The Association serve diverse needs of our members.

1. Joining is easy and involves the following 3 steps:
2. Fill the KPDA Membership Application Form and sign the KPDA Code of Conduct (available here)

3. Attach a copy of your company’s certificate of registration or incorporation and make the relevant payment
