Rwanda construction sector has shown great improvement in the recent past with the gains of last year likely to be replicated. According to reports from the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), although the demand and supply sides are yet to be reconciled, the increasing capital spending by the private sector and government has thrust the sector into a position of driving economic development.

The construction industry contributes more than 7% to the national GDP with Private and public works are growing at 9.4 % since 2014. The impressive growth has led to kicking off major projects such as  groundbreaking at the Bugesera airport project.

FAIR CONSTRUCTION

FAIR CONSTRUCTION is one of the leading construction company established in 1995 as a civil construction company and since then it has embarked in being a pioneer in the indigenous large scale construction industry in Rwanda.

Headed by its original founder and Chairman, Mr Joseph Mugisha, the construction company has been able to rank up class by being recognized with international partners for their project delivery prowess. Roko Construction Limited

Commonly referred to as ROKO,it is a civil engineering and construction company in Uganda founded in 1969  and is today, one of Uganda’s, Tanzania’s and Rwanda’s- the countries they have heavily invested leading Construction and Civil Engineering Groups. The late Max Rohrer and Rainer Kohler, with 50 years combined experience in Africa, made a commitment to assist in Uganda’s prosperity and development when they founded ROKO.
