MIAMI, FL – Following the successful completion of the foundation phase, vertical construction is officially underway at The Rider Residences. Developed by a joint venture between Ciprés and Rilea Group, the 12-story boutique luxury condominium has transitioned into its vertical shell cycle. General contractor Beauchamp Construction is now progressing skyward, with a projected cycle of one floor completed every one to two weeks through top-off later this year. Delivery remains on track for 2027.

Miami has a slew of residences reaching for the sky such as the Baccarat Residences  which is a 75-story glass tower that is under development in Downtown Miami.

Construction Logistics & Schedule

With the foundation system finalized, the build team is focused on maintaining a rapid vertical pace. The 12-story reinforced concrete structure is designed to blend industrial-chic aesthetics—exposed brick, steel, and concrete—with high-performance impact-resistant glazing. The project is currently at approximately 50% sold, with construction progress backed by institutional financing and a unique digital finance platform that supports cryptocurrency transactions.

Architectural & Interior Design

Designed by Deforma Studio, the building’s façade draws inspiration from the industrial districts of Chicago and New York’s SoHo, adapted for Miami’s artistic Wynwood corridor. The interiors, handled by RADYCA, move away from “commodity” design toward a boutique hotel aesthetic. The project features a $1 million curated photography collection and midcentury furnishings to create a “private members’ club” atmosphere.
