General contractor and home builder Center Park Group announces the groundbreaking of Wellstead at Strawberry, an 84-unit build-to-rent (BTR) community in Moncks Corner, S.C., located near the intersection of SC-52 and Old SC-52. This community will offer residents convenient living near Hwy 52 and major employers in Moncks Corner, Summerville, Goose Creek, and Charleston.

Land development activity began in April 2025, and Center Park Group plans to commence with vertical construction in January 2026.
