Ghana’s home and Loans service provider signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the leading estate developer, to deliver affordable housing across the country.
In the agreement Ghana Home Loans agreed to provide construction mortgage financing to eligible applicants .The estate developer will have to agree with applicants on the type of property to be built before proceeding with the construction.
The A-Star has vast experience in the estate development since it have developed initial set of standard architectural drawings for 110 square metre detached two-bedroom units, ranging from a basic shell to a fully completed executive home.
According to A-Star CEO Ben Kumi the company is looking forward to prospective clients of a high standard of professionalism and reliability.
Ben also added that due to the rising cost of living and rising house prices their project will be offering a compelling alternative and encouraged the public to explore this option.
Kojo Addo-Kufuor CEO Ghana Home Loans said that due the increasing proportion of their target market they have already bought more plots and they are looking forward on building on them.
He also adde that the residential numbers are large and non-resident Ghanaians had invested in land and needed experienced construction and financing partners to complete their property.
